The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, close to banks, shops, cafes, and restaurants. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with separate bathrooms and toilets. the staff is friendly, helpful, and can speak English, Spanish, and French.

Location, lounge area
No air conditioning nor fridges in the room in a very hot area. The hotel staff switched off the lights in the lounge and lobby - the only areas where the Internet was available - whilst we were working.

Room was large, bigger then in most Dakhla hotels. Location, short way from all attractions. Nice to have pool...

The location
It's not definitely a 4* hotel even in African context. I've stayed in Morocco in 2** that are 3x cheaper and tons of better. No aircon in room, doors slamming shut and open all night long and it sounds like a small war. Avoid dinner - go to market or on the streets better. Breakfast is awful. Specially coffee. No card payment (even if they claim so). The day I was checking out all cash machines were out of order in town. I was lucky to have euros.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The rooftop pool was a great bonus, offering stunning views and a refreshing dip on those hot days. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
There were a few minor things that could have been improved. The noise from the airport occasionally disrupted our peace and quiet, but the convenience of the location made up for it.

Located near banks, shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were spacious with entrance hall, double beds, small terrace, separate bathrooms and toilets. Breakfast buffet included freshly cooked crepes, fruit, cereal, pastries and choice of juices.
Some fixtures were broken, the Wi-Fi was only available in the entrance hall and bar area. the rooftop pool wasn't hygienic enough to swim in, and the hotel was understaffed.
